Our 2,000 square-foot studio is divided into two separate well-equipped personal training spaces. The front studio is fashioned with commercial-grade strength and cardio equipment. The back studio is equipped with a power rack, TRX, lots of functional training and plyometrics boxes, olympic bars, free weights and dumbbells. We have everything you need to get a great workout every time you visit, along with the expertise to put a program together to safely reach your fitness goals.
