Declan is exceptionally able to motivate clients and create an environment where wellness goals are heard & nurtured, producing lifetime results.

    ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Behavior Change Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Community Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. She is a strength and conditioning specialist using life coaching, fitness, and nutrition as a tool to help women and men build physical, mental and emotional strength. Experienced in youth fitness and education in small and large group dynamics and has successfully developed and implemented curriculums in Sports Education. Bilingual ~ fluent English and Spanish.

He has experience in competitive lifting, endurance exercise, cross-training and rehabilitation. He is passionate about achieving and maintaining goals with a sustainable fitness lifestyle.
